Rainy days.

So I woke up at 8am (typical for a Saturday regardless of what time I went to bed) and decided I needed coffee pronto! I ran to dunkin' donuts and got a hazelnut coffee and have been full of energy since. While blasting Ramona Falls. I decided to take pictures of my new apartment to email my family in Maine that I suspect will never come to see it. I'm in desperate need of bar stools and shelves (and to organize my closet).. but that will come one day.

Girls Night.

Wine and cupcakes girls night was a hit! Everyone came out and had a great time. I have a million pictures stuck on my camera. I can't seem to find the cord to put them on the computer. Once I do I'll post more pictures. These where the only ones I took from my iphone. We had vanilla cupcakes with chocolate frosting and vinho verde espiral wine. It's a great bubbly wine almost champagne like and at $5 from Trader Joe's you can't bet that.

I have finally moved! It's been a week and my apartment is near complete. I just need a few things here and there. Lamps as I'm not a fan of overhead lighting, shelves for pictures.. that sort of thing. I only have a few boxes left to unpack. My mom did an amazing job helping me with unpacking and getting settled. My family is seriously the best. They had me all moved in a matter of a few hours. Plus I can't leave out one of my best friends who gave up her Saturday to chip in. I'm so fortunate to have such great family and friends.

A friend on Facebook has been posting these great photos and I downloaded the app a week ago and had yet to use it. Today I decided to give it a try and the result are the above photos which are of my new place.
